Well... The man is explaining about two possibilities that we have to say or specific when the time is relative, when something is possible and when it isn't. For example when we say: - My mother could be come early. - My mother should be come at 10 O'clock. The first sentence is least possible than the second sentence, because "should be" is specifying more to a possible true.
The teacher spoke about the correct way to apply the modals verbs Should or Could, for example:
The teacher should be with them in ten minutes (its probably that this happens) The teacher could be with them in ten minutes (its possible that this happens)
